The emphasis of all aspects of human resource development is to develop the best employees so that organizations and individual employees can fulfill their work objectives in the service of customers.
Human resource development can be formal such as, classroom training, college courses, or an organizational planned change effort, or human resource development can be informal like employee training by a manager. Healthy organizations believe in human resource development and cover all these bases.
There are four pillars of human resource development . These are:
