(a) Equality and co-operation between men and women lead to the improved society of today?
Answer: Equality is one of the features of democracy. The Constitution of India recognizes the right to equality as a fundamental right. These words of equality indicate the equal rights of all people in our country regardless of caste, religion, caste, gender. But actually I can see that in our country the words of equality between men and women have not been given much importance. Most of our society is mired in gender discrimination. But if the society or the country moves forward on the path of progress, it will bring an end to discrimination. If the youth and women of the society get the opportunity to express their skills at the same level as men, then the society or the country will improve. Today, all women are able to lead the country in political, military, science, arts and culture as well as sports. No social system will become self-reliant if women are empowered. Equality and mutual cooperation between men and women paves the way for progress. Men and women are equally responsible for the welfare of the country. Therefore, there is no need for women to bully men.
(B) Most of our society is immersed in gender stereotypes, why?
Answer: Most of our society is immersed in Linga Vaishyam, the truth of the matter. At home, the obligations imposed on the girl child in terms of reading, listening and playing, there is a lot of relaxation when the child is born. Many a times society does not recognize the work done by women or the work done by them is not given due value. It seems that women are more involved than men in the home. This tradition has been prevalent in our society since time immemorial. On the other hand, it is considered more difficult to do work outside the house, and there is no suitable work for women. Therefore, the allowance or salary for the work done by women is less than that of men.
(c) What is the indispensable role of women in society?
Answer: The role of women in society is indispensable. According to the traditional concept, all women in the society were restricted to household chores. But as a result of the improvement of the education system over time, there have been many changes in the society involving women. Today, women have played a more prominent role than men in agriculture, business, and services. Women are generally intelligent and hardy. With self-confidence and self-confidence, you can overcome all obstacles and develop your talents and contribute to the progress of society.
