Lesson:2

The human skeleton

Exercise:

1. Give short answers:

(a) How many bones are made up of the human skeleton?

Answer:  The human skeleton is made up of 206 bones.

(b) How many pieces of bone are in the human skeleton?

Answer:
The human skeleton consists of 22 pieces of bone.

(c) Name the highest part of the skull.

Answer:  The highest part of the skull is called the top.

(d) What is the name of the large hole in the Anukpal bone?

Answer:  The large hole in the Anukapal bone is called the great hole.

(e) Which bone is located in the cornea?

Answer:  The membrane of the ear   is located in the bone.

(f) What are the bones of the shoulder blade?

Answer:  The shoulder girdle  is made up of a pair of segments and a pair of vocal  cords.

(g) Which is the largest and strongest bone in the human skeleton?

Answer:  The largest and strongest bone in the human skeleton is the sternum.

2. Name the parts of the innominate bones of the pelvis.

Answer:  The parts of the innominate bone of the pelvic girdle are called 一

(i) Ilium apex.

(ii) Ilium.

(iii) Tricuspid.

(iv) Acetabulum.

(v) Ischium.

(vi) Search.

(vii) Obturator orifice.

(viii) The pubis.

3. What is the name of the seam between the two cranial ribs?

Answer:  The seam between the two cranial vertebrae is called  the symmetrical seam.

4. The What are the types of human teeth and what are the parts of a tooth?

Answer:  There are two types of human teeth. There are three parts to a tooth. They are the apex of the teeth, the root and the middle part is the body.

5. Name the first and second vertebrae of the spine.

The first  vertebra of the spine is called the   atlas  and the second  vertebra  is called the oxis.

6. Write briefly:

(a) Croti

Answer:  The two parts of the skull are the crown and the face. The crotch is made up of 8 pieces of bone. The eight pieces of bone in the crown of the human skeleton are the larynx, two cranial lateral bones, two concave bones, the sphenoid and ethymoid bones. In the carotid, the laryngeal bone, two cranial lateral bones and the sympathetic bone form the top of the uppermost part of the carotid.

(b) The thoracic bone

Answer:  The pectoral bone is the flat and long bone in front of the right middle of the chest in the human skeleton. The ribs meet with the pectoral bone to form a ribcage that protects the heart, lungs, and main blood vessels. There are three parts to the sternum. These parts are the upper large part is the manubrium, the middle part is the body and the lower part is the xyphoid process. The pelvic bone is attached to the pelvic bone on both sides of the mandible at the top of the manubrium. The sternum of an adult is about 17 cm.

(c) The spine

Answer:  The vertebrae are the bones in the human skeleton that run through the right side of the back from the bottom of the spinal cord to the vertebrae. The spine is not a bone. It is made up of 33 pieces of bone or vertebrae. These vertebrae are on top of each other. There is a plate of cartilage between two vertebrae. This interstitial cartilage plaque allows the spine to move. Of the 33 vertebrae in the spine, 24 are movable, called the main vertebrae and the remaining 9 vertebrae are called the strong vertebrae. Each vertebra has a hole through which the spinal cord is connected to the brain. The first piece of vertebrae is called the atlas and the second piece is called the axis. The spine is shaped like the English letter 'S' with four folds.

(d) Progressive bone

Answer: The two bones that form the arm in the human skeleton are the prostates. The two prostate bones are long. This bone has three parts. These parts are 一 the top end, the bottom end and the bar between the two ends. The upper end of the progenitor has a head, cervix, large inflammation, small inflation and a biceps groove between the two inflations. The bone is attached to the glenoid cavity of the segment by a hemispherical and smooth head at the upper end of the progenitor. The lower end of the prostate bone is broad and flat. There are two supraosseous tendons on either side of the lower ends of the prostate. The human skeleton is located on the inside of the medial cartilage and on the outside of the human skeleton is the lateral cartilage.

(e) Anterior surface of the shell.

Answer: The anterior surface of the skull is covered with the laryngeal bone, nasal bone, jawbone, chin bone, forehead bone, sciatic bone, eyelid, lacrimal bone, rhinion, glabella, nation, frontal-nasal suture, inter-nasal suture, inter-nasal suture, The forehead-jaw suture, cheek-jaw suture, cheek-jaw suture and nasal jaw suture are seen in this area.

Additional FAQ:
