        The children of class IV are very happy today. Today their teacher will play a new game with them. What will be the type of the new game? How will it be played? They have no idea.

চতুৰ্থ শ্ৰেণীৰ শিশুসকল আজি বৰ সুখী। আজি তেওঁলোকৰ ছাৰে তেওঁলোকৰ লগত নতুন খেল খেলিব। নতুন খেলখনৰ ধৰণ কি হ’ব? কেনেকৈ খেলা হ’ব? তেওঁলোকৰ কোনো ধাৰণা নাই।

        The teacher enters the classroom just in time. The children stand up and offer pranam. The teacher greet them. He calls the roll and marks presence of the students in the Register Book.

ঠিক সময়ত শিক্ষকজনে শ্ৰেণীকোঠাত প্ৰৱেশ কৰে। ল’ৰা-ছোৱালীবোৰে থিয় হৈ প্ৰণাম আগবঢ়ায়। ছাৰে তেওঁলোকক সম্ভাষণ জনায়। তেওঁ ৰোলখন মাতি পঞ্জীয়ন বহীত ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীসকলৰ উপস্থিতি চিহ্নিত কৰে।

Teacher : Children, have you done your homework?

শিক্ষয়িত্ৰী : ল'ৰা-ছোৱালীবোৰ, আপুনি হোমৱৰ্ক কৰিলেনে?

Children : Yes, Acharya.

সন্তান : হয় আচাৰ্য্য।

Teacher : Good. Now you submit your home work.

শিক্ষক : ভাল। এতিয়া আপুনি আপোনাৰ ঘৰুৱা কাম জমা দিয়ক।

 Laxmi : Acharya, you promised to play a new game with us today.

লক্ষী : আচাৰ্য্য, আপুনি আজি আমাৰ লগত নতুন খেল খেলিবলৈ প্ৰতিশ্ৰুতি দিছিল।

Teacher :  Yes, I do remember. We will play a new game. Can you guess what is it?

Children : No, Acharya, we can't.

Teacher : It is the guessing game. It is very simple. One asks question, and others guess the answer, and try to reply.

Teacher :  It is not true. It is nothing but superstition. The cat is a wonderful animal. I like it. Anyway, your answer is wrong. The animal I met was not so small.

Hemen    : Today my mother scolded me in the morning. Tell me what for?

হেমেন : আজি ৰাতিপুৱা মায়ে মোক বকাবকি কৰিলে। কিহৰ বাবে কওকচোন?

Rumi : Because you broke the cup.

ৰুমী : কাৰণ কাপটো ভাঙিলা।

Hemen : Wrong. It was all about my habit.

হেমেন : ভুল। মোৰ অভ্যাসৰ কথাই আছিল সকলো।

Deepa :  You tore off some pages of the home work exercise book.

দীপা : আপুনি হোম ৱৰ্ক এক্সাৰচাইজ বুকখনৰ কিছুমান পৃষ্ঠা ফালি পেলালে।

Hemen :  No, again it is a wrong answer.

হেমেন : নাই আকৌ ভুল উত্তৰ।

Rahul : You plucked flowers from the garden. 

ৰাহুল : বাৰীৰ পৰা ফুল ছিঙিলা।

Hemen : Wrong, you know I have no such bad habits.

হেমেন : ভুল, তুমি জানো মোৰ তেনে বেয়া অভ্যাস নাই।

 Laxmi :  You got up late, right?

লক্ষ্মী : তুমি দেৰিকৈ উঠিলা নহয় ?

Hemen : You are right. Today I was a bit late. Usually I get up at 6 a.m.

Laxmi : Today I forgot to bring something in the school bag. Can you guess what I forgot?

Laxmi  :  You are right.

লক্ষ্মী : ঠিকেই কৈছা।

Deepa : (Smiling) Don't worry Laxmi. We'll share our tiffin with you.

দীপা : (হাঁহি হাঁহি) চিন্তা নকৰিবা লক্ষ্মী। আমি আপোনালোকৰ লগত আমাৰ টিফিন শ্বেয়াৰ কৰিম।

Teacher : Alright. This is enough for today. The game is over now. You may play it in leisure time. Now you submit your home work. I will discuss some points on the lesson.
