MBBS degree with Registration under Assam Medical Council, 1960.

Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
Citizenship: Must be an Indian Citizen (Articles 5 to 8 of Constitution)
Residentship:
- Permanent resident of Assam
- Must produce PRC for education/employment OR Employment Exchange Registration Certificate
