        It was a bright sunny morning. A capseller was going to the market taking the box on his head. The weather was hot. Soon the capseller got tired. So he sat down under a tree. He wanted to relax. He closed his eyes and went to sleep.

    When the capseller got up he found the box empty. He looked up. .Several monkeys were sitting on the, branches of the tree. They were wearing caps. The capseller got very angry, but he couldn't do anything. The monkeys were looking at him. They felt very happy.

Suddenly the capseller remembered the saying of his grandfather, "A monkey repeats what he sees". Once on a similar situation, his grandfather had played a trick on monkeys. The capseller decided to use that trick. He stood up, took off his cap, and threw it on the ground. He waited for sometime. He expected the monkeys to copy him. But they didn't.

    The capseller repeated the action, and waited. But nothing happened. He tried the trick again. Then one of the monkeys came down and said, "Do you think only your grandfather told you about the trick? Our grandfather also told us about that, and asked us not to repeat the mistake. Only fools repeat a mistake."

    The monkey took up the cap from the ground and ran away. The Capseller was shocked.

এটা উজ্জ্বল ৰ'দৰ পুৱা। এজন টুপী বিক্রেতায় মূৰত বাকছ লৈ বজাৰলৈ গৈ আছিল। বতৰটো গৰম আছিল। টুপী বিক্রেতায় সোণকালে ক্লান্ত হৈ পৰিছিল। সেইকাৰণে তেওঁ গছৰ তলত বহিছিল। তেওঁ শিথিল হ’ব বিচাৰিছল। তেওঁ চকু বন্ধ কৰে আৰু টোপনি গৈছিল।

যেতিয়া টুপী বিক্রেতায় সাৰ পায় তেওঁ দেখে যে বাকচটো খালী। তেওঁ ওপৰফালে চালে। ভালেমান বান্দৰ গছৰ ডালত বহি আছিল। সকলোবোৰে টুপী পৰিধান কৰি আছিল। বিক্রেতাৰৰ বহুত খং উঠিল, কিন্তু তেখেতে একো কৰিব পৰা নাছিল। বান্দৰবোৰে তেওঁক চাই আছিল। সিহঁতে বহুত আনন্দিত পাইছিল।

    হঠাৎ টুপী বিক্রেতা্য় নিজৰ ককাদেউতাৰ কথাষাৰলৈ মনত পৰিল, “এটা বান্দৰে যেতিয়া দেখে সি সেই কার্য্যটো পুনৰাবৃত্তি কৰে”। এবাৰ এনেকোৱা পৰিস্থিতি, তেখেতৰ ককাদেউতায় ছল ব্যৱহাৰ কৰিছিল। বিক্রেতায়ো সেই ছল ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা সিধান্ত লৈছিল। সি থিয় হৈ, মূৰৰ পৰা টুপীটো পেলাই আৰু মাতিলৈ দলি মাৰি দিয়ে. তাৰ পাছত সি অলপ সময় ৰখিছিল। সি আশা  কৰিছিল যে বান্দৰবোৰে তাৰ নকল কৰিব। কিন্তু নকৰিছিল।

    টুপী বিক্রেতায় পুনৰ আচৰণ কৰিছিল, আৰু ৰখিছিল। কিন্তু একো নহল। সি আকৌ ছলটো ব্যৱহাৰ কৰিলে। তেতিয়া এটা বান্দৰ তলত আহি কলে যে, “ তুমি ভাবিছা নেকি অকল তোমাৰ ককাদেউতায়ে এই ছলৰ কথা তোমাক কৈছে বুলি?” আমাৰ কাকদেউতায়ো আমাক কৈছিল আৰু কৈছে যে পুনৰ এই ভুলটো নকৰিবলৈ। অকল মূর্খয়ে ভুলটো পুনৰাবৃত্তি কৰে।

    বান্দৰটোৱে মাতিৰ পৰা টুপী বোটলি লৈ আৰু দূৰলৈ দৌৰি যায়। টুপী বিক্রেতায় আশ্চর্য্য হৈ পৰিছিল।
