Eligibility:
Qualification: Minimum Class VIII Pass. those who have passed Class XII and above shall not be eligible.
Age: Age relaxation will be as per prevailing rule of Govt. of Assam.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
• Reservation: Reservation as per Rules.
• Last date of receipt of Application: 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
• Self -attested copies of relevant Academic Testimonials including Certificates/ Admit Card in support of age, Qualifications, Caste Certificate issued by competent authority and proof of residence. Valid driving licence issued by competent authority for the post of driver shall be enclosed with application.
• Duly signed 3 (three) copies of recent passport size photographs should be enclosed with the application.
• No separate intimation will be made to the applicants for the date/time/place of interview. The applicants are directed to visit the Kamrup (M) District Judiciary website www.kamrupjudiciary.gov.in for further information like List of eligible candidates/ Place and date of interview/Technical driving skill, which will be notified after fifteen days- from the last date of submission of application form. No personal/ individual communication will be entertained by the selection committee in this regard.
• Candidates shall have to declare that
i) he / she has not been convicted of any offence and also that no criminal case(s) is pending against them.
ii) he / she has not passed Class XII or above.
• Applications received late or Incomplete/defective applications will be rejected without any intimation.
• The application should be addressed to the 'Judge, Designated Court, Assam, Guwahati-781001" and the envelope containing the application and other documents should be superscribed as 'Application for the post of " It is made clear that the candidate must clearly specify in his/her application for which of the post he/she is submitting candidature. A candidate may however, apply for more than oe post by filing separate application.
• Canvassing directly or indirectly will disqualify the candidate.
• No. T.A/D.A will be admissible to the candidate for participating in the written test/Interview,
• The selection committee shall have the right to accept or reject the candidature of a candidate after proper scrutiny of the documents/testimonials etc. with regards to the modalities of selections. The decision of the selection committee shall be final and binding. The selected candidates will have to submit an undertaking to the appointing authority that they will abide by the new pension rules issued by the Government of Assam.
• Appointment will be made after necessary document verification, police verification and medical examination as per the procedure.
• All other matters which are not specifically provided in this advertisement shall be decided by the Selection board.
