Ans: Navakanta Barua was born on 29 December, 1926. He was a great Assamese poet and novelist. He was known as ‘Ekhud Kokaideu’. He wrote eight books for children. Navakanta Barua got sahitya Akademi award in 1975 for his book ‘Kakadeutar Har’. He was also the president of Assam Sahitya Sabha. He died on 14 July, 2020.

নৱকান্ত বৰুৱাৰ জন্ম হৈছিল ১৯২৬ চনৰ ২৯ ডিচেম্বৰত। তেঁও এজন মহান অসমীয়া কবি আৰু ঔপন্যাসিক আছিল। তেওঁক ‘এখুদ ককাইদেউ’ বুলি জনা গৈছিল। তেওঁ ৮ খন শিশু গ্ৰন্থ লিখিছিল। নৱকান্ত বৰুৱাই ১৯৭৫ চনত তেওঁৰ ‘কঁকাদেউতাৰ হাড়’ নামৰ গ্ৰন্থৰ বাবে সাহিত্য অকাডেমি পুৰস্কাৰ পাইছিল। তেওঁ অসম সাহিত্য সভাৰো সভাপতি আছিল। তেওঁ ২০০২ চনত  ১৪ জুলাই তাৰিখে ইহলীলা সম্বৰণ কৰে।

Ans: Nirmal Prabha Bardoloi was born on 20th June,1933. She was an eminent poetess, writer and lyricist. She won Sahitya Akademi Award in 1983 and president  award in 1967. She wrote many children literature and other notable books. Some of her books are Bon Faringar Rang, Samipesu, Antaranga, Shiva, Asamar lok katha etc. She died on 1 June, 2004. She was also the president of Assam Sahitya Sabha.

নিৰ্মলপ্ৰভা বৰদলৈ জন্ম হৈছিল ১৯৩৩ চনৰ ২০ জুনত। তেওঁ এগৰাকী বিশিষ্টা কবি, লেখিকা আৰু গীতিকাৰ আছিল। তেওঁ ১৯৮৩ চনত সাহিত্য অকাডেমি পুৰস্কাৰ আৰু ১৯৬৭ চনত ৰাষ্ট্ৰপতি পুৰস্কাৰ পাইছিল। তেওঁ বহুতো শিশু  সাহিত্য আৰু অন্যান্য উল্লেখনীয় গ্ৰন্থ লিখিছিল।  তেওঁৰ কিছুমান গ্ৰন্থ হ’ল ― বন ফৰিঙৰ ৰং, সমীপেষু, অন্তৰঙ্গ, শিৱ,অসমৰ লোক কথা আদি। তেওঁৰ মৃত্যু হয় ২০০৪ চনৰ ১ জুনত। তেওঁ অসম সাহিত্য সভাৰো সভাপতি আছিল।
