- There are people who speak Assamese, Bengali, Hindi and other major languages in my region.
2. In the field of festivals, there is a similarity between buying patterns in India?
Answer: Festivals are celebrated with different names depending on the region, but the purpose, time, celebration method and food and drink of the festival are similar. For example, different states celebrate similar festivals during Makar Sankranti.

Ans: Many races, languages, cultures, food habits, dance-songs, arts have their origin in the North-East region. This variety represents the complete diversity of India, hence the nickname 'Mini India'.
