Many people can be transformed into marginalized groups due to water projects, large river dams, natural disasters, water shortages, house destruction, earthquakes etc.
As a result of industrial and economic development, the early process of urbanization forced the provincial population to establish its permanent home. In the past, the socio-economic and educational direction of the backward people lost their rights because of this and then they went to a distant part of the society.
