Marginalized groups and democratic rights

1. Please write the answer.

Answer: We can call the people suffering from economic, social and educational disadvantage as provincial tribes.

(a) What causes the formation of marginal groups? What are the main problems of the people?

Answer: As a result of economic development, urbanization and modernization, many people in the society are forced to leave their permanent residences, and those people are considered as marginalized groups. Many people can be transformed into marginalized groups due to water projects, large river dams, natural disasters, water shortages, house destruction, earthquakes etc.

As a result of industrial and economic development, the early process of urbanization forced the provincial population to establish its permanent home. In the past, the socio-economic and educational direction of the backward people lost their rights because of this and then they went to a distant part of the society. Lahe lahe, the life of the three people takes aul. Unorganized or poorly irrigated or isolated from the core of human society.

(b) What special privileges are provided in the Constitution to the students of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Castes?

Ans: Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Caste students are mentioned under the main categories provided in the Constitution. 

(i) Reservation of seats in educational institutes, technical institutes for educational development of various ethnic groups.

(ii) Special facilities are being provided for higher education of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Caste students.

(iii) There is 'Assam Tea Workers Welfare Council' for the protection of all tea communities in Assam.

(iv) Arrangements have been made for land conservation on behalf of the tribal people.

(v) Facilitation of majat milamisha of people of all sections of the society under the Abolition of Untouchability Act.

(vi) The constitution provides for the protection of the language and culture of the minority people.

(vii) The Right to Education Act 2009 ensures that no la-chawali in the society will be deprived of the right to primary education.

(h) Do the tribals of the hill regions have self-determination? Write the name of the day.

Answer: Self-governance has taken measures for the socio-economic development of the people. Karbi Anglong Zilla Parishad has been formed for the Karbiskals of Assam's hill tribes and Uttar Cacha Zilla Parishad has been formed for Dimahachaoskals.
