1. a. Let’s talk about the picture:

i. What do you see in the picture?
Ans: I see people doing different exercises in a park. Some children are walking, one child is skipping, one is cycling, some are swimming, and an old man and an old woman are doing yoga.

ii. What is the old man doing?
Ans: The old man is doing yoga.

iii. Who is skipping?
Ans: A girl is skipping.

iv. What is the old woman doing?
Ans: The old woman is also doing yoga.

v. Who is cycling?
Ans: A boy is cycling.

vi. What time of the day is shown in the picture?
Ans: It is morning time.

vii. Compare the morning activities at your home with those shown in the picture.
Ans: In the morning, I go for a walk with my family. Sometimes, we do yoga and cycling like the people in the picture. We also skip and play together to stay healthy.

2.  i. Do you exercise regularly?

Answer: Yes, I do.
