Ingredients:

Bora rice (1 kg)

Black sesame seeds (250 g)

Jaggery (½ kg)

Process:

Soak rice for 1 hour, drain and dry.

Grind rice finely and sieve.

Cover with wet cloth.

Roast and coarsely grind sesame seeds.

Mix jaggery with sesame seed powder.

Heat tawa, spread rice flour, add filling, roll and cook until crispy.

(iv) The pronoun 'you' became 'he'

  Punctuation in direct speech is important. Be careful while using the comma . the quotation marks and the full stop e.g. Bun said to the mountain,''you are very big.''
